Product description
Mamenoka Dry
Mamenoka Dry is a new product that we made by freeze-drying our less stringy natto, "Mamenoka."
Mamenoka shares the same excellent nutritional value as natto, containing polyamines, vitamin K2, nattokinase, soy isoflavones and provides various health-related benefits such as lowering the risk of arteriosclerosis, strengthening bones and reducing high blood pressure.
※ Please be aware that this product is still in the prototype stage and not yet available for general sale.
How to Eat
You can enjoy Mamenoka Dry in a variety of ways. It makes a great salad topping or rice ball filling, or you can add it to cereals, yogurts, stir-fries and more. Or if you don't want to wait, it's delicious eaten as-is!
